Active Ingredients (in each Tablet): Phenazopyridine HCl (95 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Lactose, Magnesium Silicate, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Pharmaceutical Glaze, Sodium Starch Glycolate.

Directions:

Drink a full glass of water with each dose. Adults: tale 2 tablet s3 times daily with or after meals. Do not take more than 12 tablets in 48 hours without consulting a doctor. Children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor. Store at room temperature 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F) in a dry place and protect from light. Read all warning and directions before use. Keep carton.

Tamper evident, Tablets sealed in cellophane, do not use if cellophane is open or damaged. Ask a doctor before use if you have liver, or kidney trouble; had a hypersensitive reaction to phenazopyridine HCl. When using this product stomach upset may occur, taking this product with or after meals may reduce stomach upset; your urine will become reddish-orange in color. This is not harmful, but care should be taken to avoid staining clothing or other items; staining of soft contact lenses may occur. Stop use and ask a doctor if your symptoms last for more than 2 days; you suspect you are having an adverse reaction to the medication. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
