Directions:
Remove wrapper and peel off paper strip. Place cupped end of guard toward crotch (or back) of close-fitting underwear. Press guard into underwear, adhesive side down. Pull underwear into place and adjust the cupped end so it cups the testicles. Dispose of soiled guard in a sanitary manner. Do not wash.
