Prior to applying Adjustable Arch Insert; remove existing inserts/insoles from shoes, if possible. To apply adjustable arch insert: 1. slide tab b of insert into slot B of arch cradle. 2. Gently bend insert and apply pressure to side A of insert so that tab A slides/snaps into slot A. Note: insert should be applied with ridged-side facing out. To remove or switch Adjustable Arch Insert: 1. While pressing firmly on insert, slightly bed insole toe portion so that insert releases. 2. Remove insert and repeat directions to apply other one. To place product in your shoes: Once you determine the most appropriate level of support, place product in shoe with fabric side up. Make sure to keep the unused inserts in case you want to switch to a different level of support.
