For adults, take one (1) capsule mid-morning and one (1) capsule mid-afternoon with a full glass of water. It is important to space dosages at least 3-4 hours apart. This product contains caffeine. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as two cups of coffee. Avoid additional consumption of caffeine or stimulants such as ephedra or Ma Huang, which may intensify adverse effects. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, or rapid heartbeat.
