Directions:

1. Cup mask in open hand and hold headband in the other. (If you wear glasses, remove before mask is put on.) 2. Bring mask up to face, pulling headband slightly over top of head. 3. Headband may be placed above or below the ears. Shape nose band to bridge of nose. 4. Discard after each use. Note: Filtration efficiency is reduced after 8 hours of continuous use.
