Relieves Coughs: Each dose contains the maximum non-prescription amount of cough suppressant to control coughs for up to 4 hours. 2. Clears Nasal and Sinus Congestion: Each dose contains the maximum non-prescription amount of nasal decongestant to restore freer breathing for up to 4 hours. Each tablespoon contains Sodium 33 mg.

Active Ingredients: (in each 15 ml Tablespoon): Dextromethorphan HBr (20 mg), Phenylephrine HCl (10 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Alcohol, Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Citric Acid, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavor, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Saccharin Sodium, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Chloride, Sorbitol, Sucrose.

Directions:

Use dose cup, teaspoon (tsp), or tablespoon (tbsp). Do not exceed 6 doses per 24 hours. Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: 1 Tbsp (15 ml) every 4 hours. Children 6 to Under 12 Years: 1 1/2 Tsp (7 1/2 ml) every 4 hours. Children Under 6 Years: Ask a doctor. Store at room temperature.

Failure to follow these warnings could result in serious consequences. Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have: heart disease; thyroid disease; diabetes; high blood pressure; cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus); cough that lasts or is chronic such as occurs with smoking, asthma, or emphysema; trouble urinating due to enlarged prostate gland; a sodium-restricted diet. When using this product do not take more than directed. Stop use and ask a doctor if: you get nervous, dizzy or sleepless; symptoms do not get better within 7 days or are accompanied by fever; cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast - feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
