For best results follow these step by step wound care directions. 1. Clean. Stop bleeding by applying pressure with sterile gauze pads or cotton. Cleanse injured area gently and thoroughly with an antiseptic or mild soap and water. Pat dry. 2. Treat. Protect wounds by applying first aid cream. 3. Protect injured area completely with a non-stick pad to help absorb fluids. Tape to firmly secure gauze pad and help seal out dirt and germs.
