Ingredients:
Purified Water, Alcohol, Glycerine, Polysorbate 80, PVP/VA Copolymer, Essential Oil Blend (Wintergreen Oil, Menthol, Peppermint Oil, Anise Oil, Eugenol), Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Saccharine, Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Ammonium Glycyrrhizate.

Directions:
Apply 3 sprays to the back of throat. For best results, use 30 minutes before bedtime and do not eat or drink following application. May be repeated at bedtime. This product is not intended to treat sleep apnea. Persons who have symptoms of sleep apnea should consult a doctor. Store at room temperature.
