Description:
Dibucaine. For prompt temporary relief of pain, itching and burning due to hemorrhoids. Child-resistant package.
Ingredients:
Active Ingredient: Dibucaine (1%). Inactive Ingredients: Acetone Sodium Bisulfite, Lanolin, Light Mineral Oil, Purified Water, and White Petrolatum.
Directions:
If possible, clean the affected area with mild soap and warm water and rinse thoroughly. Gently dry by patting with toilet tissue or a soft cloth before applying. Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: Apply externally to the affected area up to 3 to 4 times a day. Children 2-12 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. Infants Under 2 Years of Age or Less Than 35 Pounds Weight: Do not use. To Secure Child Resistant Cap: Screw cap on tightly. Then turn cap in opposite direction. If clicking sounds is not heard, repeat procedure. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F).
Indications / Uses:
For temporary relief of pain, itching and burning due to hemorrhoids or other anorectal disorders. For temporary relief of pain and itching caused by sunburn, minor burns, cuts, scrapes, insect bites or minor skin irritation.
Cautions:
For external use only. Allergy Alert: Certain persons can develop reactions to ingredients in this product. Do not use in or near the eyes; in infants under 2 years of ago or weighing less than 35 pounds. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days; the symptom being treated does not subside or if redness, irritation, swelling, pain, bleeding or other symptoms develop or increase. When using this product do not use more than directed; do not get into eyes; do not put this product into the rectum by using fingers or any mechanical device. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children, If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
