Directions:
For the ultimate treatment, use in conjunction with foot cream. Soak feet in warm water for a few minutes to soften skin. Use the coarse grit first to help remove hard, rough callused skin. Next, use the medium grit to exfoliate dry skin. Finally, use the smooth grit to buff and finish.

Cautions:
Do not use if you have diabetes or poor blood circulation, or if there is any redness or inflammation in the area to be treated.
