Directions:
Take two (2) or more Calcium capsules per day, preferably with meals, depending on your Calcium needs. The Recommended Daily Intake for Calcium is 1000 mg per day. This product contains 185 mg of Elemental Calcium per capsule counted towards your daily Calcium needs. Store in a dry place and avoid excessive heat.
