I use this product to protect myself from fungal infections along the abdominal scar along my abdomen from three surgeries. Previously, if I worked out of did yard work for a few hours, I would find a red sore fungal infection starting up quickly. If I use Desenex foot powder before doing a workout or working in the yard it prevents this fungal infection from starting up. I had a diabetic friend too, who was confined to a wheel chair. She found this product helpful in keeping her skin in good shape wherever fat folds overlapped on her body.
