Directions:
1.Place in freezer for at least 2 hours. 2. Apply directly to injured area, no towel or cover needed. 3.Leave in place for 25 minutes. 4.Remove compress and return to freezer for at least 30 minutes before reapplying. 5. Always return to freezer promptly for fastest use. Care and Storage: Keep cold compress in freezer between applications. To clean-wash in lukewarm water, air dry. Discard if punctured or torn.
Cautions:
Cold compress therapy should not be used by individuals with known or suspected circulation problems, unless under the direct supervision of physician. Do not heat cold pack in microwave.
