"we like the roll on just for the fact that it don't get on your hands, though we use the tube as well, and I think it is stronger. were I worked it was very a very popular item in our bussiness, which was a pharmacy/massage and we wpould give sample out to our customers and let them decide if it worked and needless to say they would come in and by the product in the tubes and roll on, but we had a few customers that purchased it in the big bottle with the pump, and we had some Dr's. come in and purchase it as well. I give it a rating of 100 %. don't use anything else."

Travel or desk size for pain relief

"My husband has cancer and his back hurts from laying in the bed. This completely eases his pain and makes him sleep better. I had a toothache and the pain was so severe I tried rubbing a little on my jaw. It was so gentle, it did not burn my skin or cause any ill effects. I wouldn't recommend getting any product like this too close to your eyes, but the jawline was fine. I was relieved almost immediately. All our friends are using Biofreeze now! We'll never be without a tube in our house."

"I use this on my patients for fast relief of muscle pain, and I can massage with it when working out muscle spasms. I give this out to patients and my family who have joint pain from arthritis It doesn't work as well on nerve pain, but helps tremendously on muscle and fascial pain. The smell is pleasant and goes away after about a minute of applying. A tube can last quite a while because very little is needed to alleviate pain. Results can last several hours to a day, depending on the injury and pain level."

Best pain Relief!

I suffer from fibro. and arthritis. I've tried Advil, Vicodin and many topical treatments as well as a TENS unit and a "pain relief wand". BioFreeze works better than any of them. It does have an odor, but it is not objectionable.

"BioFreeze was given to me by a friend as I was seeking relief for lower back pain caused by compression fractures. While awaiting surgery for those compression fractures, caused by my rare blood cancer, I tried BioFreeze and was amazed at how well it worked. It helped get me off the couch and back to action while I was awaiting surgery and after. Every member of the family uses it now. It even helped our daughter get through the aches and pains of Army boot camp. We recommend it to others, including other cancer patients with muscle and/or bone pain. One caution: be sure to wash your hands well after applying. If Biofreeze makes contact with other unintended areas (eyes, mouth, genitals), it can produce unwelcome side effects."

I find this good for ongoing joint & muscle pain.Use where you might use ice.My mom loves the stuff. I did try it on an injured knee-swollen & bruised-& it was definitely not the right choice. Be sure to wash your hands after applying.

BioFreeze was first recommended to me by my Chiropractor. I have been using this product for many years. I use on just about every type joint and/or muscle pain. Helps relieve arthitis pain. Use it on temples and forehead when I have a severe headache. I have used it even for sinus pain and pressure. It helps! I think the cooling properties of this product even helps relieve swelling from bruise and strains. As you can tell I am sold on this product!

My wife uses it constantly on her back. She has some structural damage to her lower spine and it causes muscle pain. Either she or I rub it on. I try to give her gentle massage in the affected area at least once a day.In the middle of the night she can reach over and apply some and then go back to sleep. Of all the similar type products she's tried (most of them) BIOFREEZE is the best!
