"I use the spray right befor I go to bed for a stiff neck. The way it heats up, It relaxes me and I go right to sleep. I don't like the propoline glicol in the cream. I see no reason for it to be in almost every thing anymore. If I want antifreeze in my system I will drink Gin."

"Check similar products, over the counter products have 16% menthol vs. Biofreeze 10%. Biofreeze Does work on lower back pain with a 10 minute massage. [...] Best advice check menthol % on all similar products before purchasing. Even Biofreeze menthol levels change depending on what you order i.e. cream or spray"

Wonderful for Arthritis and Muscle Pain

"I liked the Biofreeze gel, but the spray is even better. Research shows that only the spray contains Arnica Montana, a recognized natural anti-inflammatory. I used it for my badly arthritic knees and hips, and continued using it following knee and hip replacement surgery to keep the swelling down (a primary cause of pain following joint replacement surgery). It doesn't stain, although the odor is quite strong. I found the odor not objectionable because I like the camphor smell, and it dissipates very quickly. This is a wonderful product with many uses."

Best pain relief!

I suffer from fibro. and arthritis. I've tried Advil, Vicodin and many topical treatments as well as a TENS unit and a "pain relief wand". BioFreeze works better than any of them. It does have an odor, but it is not objectionable.

I use before bedtime. Helps stop pain and allows me to fall asleep faster. Spray is easy to use and can spray on those hard to reach areas of your back. Dries fast and won't harm clothes.

"My chiro introduced me to this wonder topical agent years ago and I use it for any muscular aches I have (leg from a pinched nerve & lower back pain from scoliosis),and even menstrual cramps! It surpasses what a painkiller doesn't do, no foggy head and it keeps the pain away for hours, aughhh, what a relief!!! I spray it on and go to work and I am good almost all day without an odor. I spray again at bedtime usually and it lasts all night. What a wonder drug! I reccomend it to anyone who mentions muscle pain!"

Good product that works. I would not recommend the spray since the scent can be overwhelming to some (I like it). The spray is convenient if you have to administer it to yourself on unreachable parts of the body (like your back).
