"I found this product a few years back and haven't found anything I like better. I prefer the roll on because the chance of getting this product in your eyes is virtually non existent. Creams have to be spread by your hands and thus any residue left after washing your hands could cause burning of eyes, nose, etc."

"I had heard that this would be good for arthritis so I ordered 7 bottles, some lotion and some spray. Some of my friends at work wanted to try it too. Then my grandsons who play football found out it helped them so I gave them each a bottle. I also have a grandson who is in Drum Corps which travels all over the country in the summer. "Biofreeze works for me everytime. I was involved in an accident 25 years ago and have aches and pains from my neck to my knees in addition to arthritis. I mainly use the roll-on or spray biofreeze by applying it to the painful area and it flat out takes away or greatly reduces the pain - and with the roll-on or spray I can hit almost every spot I need to myself (even my low back). It goes on easily, is not messy and it even smells nice. It works for headaches by rubbing a little of the roll-on on the temples and across the forehead. It is just a great product. I keep a roll-on and or spray in every room of the house and both beside the bed - even keep one in my vehicles. I give biofreeze to my friends and family members and encourage anyone with aches and pains to give it a try - you will be glad you did."

"I love the roll on BioFreeze for hard to reach places like some areas of the back, feet, knees, etc. I also like that it is smaller and easy to pack in a utility bag for traveling. It does not dry quickly so it needs to be rubbed into the skin for quicker drying....or wait it out for a few minutes. I am an arthritis sufferer. This product was recommended to me by a relative who suffers from MS. I keep a roll in my purse because it is great to be able to apply this to tense neck and shoulder muscles when you are driving. Also not as messy maybe to apply as the tube. Only problem being you may not get enough applied to area to be effective.

I suffer from fibro. and arthritis. I've tried Advil, Vicodin and many topical treatments as well as a TENS unit and a "pain relief wand". BioFreeze works better than any of them. It does have an odor, but it is not objectionable.
