1 heaping teaspoon, up to 3 times daily. Each heaping teaspoon contains 5 grams of fiber. Mix in Liquid: Dissolve 1 heaping teaspoon briskly in 8 oz or more of water or other beverage. Product dissolves best in room temperature or warmer liquid. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. New Users: Start with 1 serving per day as your body adjusts to the extra fiber in your diet and gradually increase up to 3 servings per day. Cooking and Baking: Add desired amount directly to foods as you prepare them. For best results, use in moist foods or recipes.
