- Wipe inside of shoe clean. Remove portion of paper backing closest to the heel. Line up heel of insole with heel of shoe. Position insole so that heel remains aligned with back of shoe. When ideal positioning is achieved, remove remainder of paper backing and press insole into shoe. Replace insole ever 6 months. To Remove Insole: Slowly lift insole from the point where the adhesive and shoe connect, and pull up with care. If any adhesive remains, wipe clean.
