1. Finding Products
We make it easy to find products whether you know what you are looking for or just browsing!

Search
The search box located in the upper/left corner allows you to search for products by keyword and/or item # (the 5-digit number near the product name). You can also find a wealth of natural product information in our Library, which includes an encyclopedia of product information and remedies, hundreds of useful articles and over 20 complete books on natural healthcare from Rodale, Inc.

Shopping by Department
Browse our various product categories shown on the left side of the page. Just click on the specific category and you'll find a more detailed listing of products for that category and in some cases an even more detailed breakdown of the sub-categories. By organizing these product categories we increase your ability to find exactly what you are looking for.

Shopping by Brand
If are looking for specific brand named products you can search for them in this option. Access this list from the Home page and anywhere on the site.

2. Ordering Online
Shopping online at PlanetRx.com is completely safe and private. We use Netscape's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on PlanetRx.com's secure server. It cannot be read in transit.

Shopping Cart Process
Once you have found a product you would like to purchase, just click on the "Add to Cart" button. This button can be found on any product detailed page. If you would like to continue shopping, just select the "Continue Shopping" button. When you have completed shopping choose the "Check Out" button, to complete your purchase. If you have a coupon or gift certificate, enter the code in the box located in the shopping cart and hit the "Apply" button to ensure that it is applied to the order.

Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress and Discover for your online payment.

3. Ordering Offline
If you are hesitant about placing your order online, you can always...

a) Order by Phone
Call us toll free at 877-61-PLANET (877-617-5263) during customer service hours: Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST. If you know the items you'd like to purchase, please have the 5-digit item numbers handy. For fastest processing of your order, you can always fill your shopping cart and choose the "Pay by Phone" option when you are checking out. You'll receive a temporary Order number which you can give to a phone representative. They will be happy to take your payment information over the phone to complete your purchase.

b) Order by Fax or Mail
For fastest processing of your Fax or Mail order, fill your shopping cart with the items you would like, add your complete and correct billing and shipping information, apply any coupons or offers you may have received, choose your shipping method, and then PRINT OUT the shopping cart page. Write your credit card number and expiration date on the sheet and fax or mail as shown below. If paying by check or money order, your order may be held until the payment clears with the bank.
